Pamela Grimes has over 17 years experience in the automotive industry, including five years in the field with General Motors Standards for Excellence, and over 15 years experience in Human Resource Management. In the course of her career, Pamela has specialized in: process improvement, customer care, customer retention, organizational growth & development, profitability, and behavioral analysis.
In 1996, Pamela centralized the Human Resources Department for The Proctor Dealerships Automotive Group, where she found her passion for process improvement, team building, and leadership development. In 2004, she became a professional Facilitator, providing Process Improvement facilitation with General Motors, working with over 25 GM dealerships in the South East to impact customer satisfaction and profitability. Presently, Pamela is the Executive Director of Operations at the Proctor Dealerships, Compass Marketing & Consulting and Proctor University.
At Proctor University, Pamela facilitates leadership growth & development for Proctor staff as well as to other organizations who desire development opportunities for staff of all levels. She works to identify a strong business culture that includes clear expectations, specific goals, and action plans to achieve those goals. Beth Gorton is the Executive Director of Operations for The Proctor Dealerships Automotive group, with 35+ years’ experience in all aspects of automobile dealership operation, including 15 years’ experience as Controller. Beth’s focus includes the development and execution of established processes for all departments in the dealerships, for the purpose of operational efficiency which results in maximized profits.
Beth’s father was employed with GMAC for over 30 years and, her grandfather worked with Mr. Olds in Michigan. Beth’s career at the Proctor Dealerships began with a part time job while attending her senior year of high school that started with the duties of receptionist and file clerk. The part time job turned into a full time career that has spanned over 3 decades, including working with 10 different franchises, and advancing into the role of Executive Director of Operations. The Executive Directors work with the third generation of Owners to advance their vision of the ever evolving competitive automobile industry. Beth’s wealth of experience has been an important component in the establishment of Proctor University.
